Dried mushrooms are a quick convenient and full of nutrition, Store in cupboard really easy to use!
Rehydrate mushrooms by just placeing mushrooms in a bowl and fill with hot water to cover the dried mushrooms, wait 20-30 minutes then drain and use mushrooms as per recipe.
10g dried = 100g fresh = 1 cup (approximate)
NB: Soaking liquid can be kept and used as a stock base or if the recipe calls for using wine or a specific stock, use this liquid (warmed) instead of water to soak the mushroom in for added flavour!
Some products are seasonal varieties so may not be available all year around also it depends on volumes picked during the growing season!
